Banana Mango Pudding
(Garnished with Blueberries)
2 Bananas
1 Mango
1 Tsp. of Vanilla
3-5 Pitted Medjool Dates
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour in decorative bowl or dish and garnish with blueberries. Stores in refrigerator for a few days.

Nori Rolls
Untoasted Nori Sheets
Filling:
Shredded vegetables: carrots, beets, peppers, zucchini, avocado, cauliflower rice
Directions: Shred Vegetables in food processor using the grater blade or hand cut. For the cauliflower rice, process in food processor using S-blade. Lay Nori sheet down on sushi mat or counter and add vegetables and cauliflower rice to one end and roll to make a log. Then wet knife with water and slice into sections.

Apple and Dulse Salad
Romaine lettuce and Spinach
Apples
Dulse
Avocado
Lemon
Directions: Wash fruits and vegetables and use salad spinner to dry the greens. Cut Lettuce and add spinach to bowl. Dice an apple and avocado, add to bowl.
Dressing: Olive oil mixed with Himalayan salt, juice of 1 lemon, dulse flakes.

Vanilla Bites
Coconut Oil
Coconut Flour
SunWarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
Mix equal amounts of coconut flour, SunWarrior Vanilla Protein Powder, and melt enough coconut oil to mix with the powders to make the balls. Store in fridge for a week. (To melt coconut oil, boil a pan of water and put coconut oil jar in the pan of water, until it melts)
